Bristemy Engineering and Machining, LLC is a family-owned business operating out of Prescott, AZ since 2005. As a full service machine shop, we have both CNC Milling and Lathe operations. Our expertise lies in producing parts and products to exact specifications in a timely and efficient manner. Our customers find us easy to work with and appreciate our friendly demeanor, knowledgeable expertise, and precision parts. With over 40 years of experience, our owner, Steven Ryker, is an expert in the machining industry. With our efficiency and our customer service leading the way, we are ready for every opportunity.
STEVEN RYKER
OWNER AND FOUNDER
Steven Ryker has over 40 years of engineering and machining experience. He started the business back in 2005 after working as a head engineer for 25 years. His honesty and integrity makes him a great asset to any business. He runs a tight ship and everything is always done in a timely manner and always done correctly. He is fair and willing to work with clients to optimize customer satisfaction. Steve actually named Bristemy after his three children. Part of each of their names make up the name "Bristemy".
VERGIE RYKER
FINANCES AND HR MANAGER
Vergie Ryker is the head of the accounting department. She handles invoices, payroll, and paperwork. She even runs the machines when we get too busy!
TOM THOMPSON
MECHANICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Tom has been with Bristemy for almost 10 years. His knowledge of the machines and his work ethic goes unmatched in the machining industry. He is head of quality assurance and doesn't stop until the parts are measuring to exact specification. He handles the setups and offsets on the machines. He sets a fast pace and makes sure that our parts are getting out on time while maintaining optimum quality.
KRISTA ANGEL
PROGRAMMING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
Krista Angel is in charge of programming and public relations. She was trained by her father, Steven Ryker, and has the same entrepreneurship that he has. She handles the ordering, inventory, quoting, CNC programming, engineering, autoCAD, blueprints, and customer relations. She also works on the floor with Tom doing set-ups and running parts.
We develop personal relationships with our clients that allows us to work side-by-side to make sure that everything we do is done right.
